Established in 1979, Rimor
is a large and privately owned company, based at a showpiece 35,000 sq.
ft. plant in Hampshire, England. Rimor operates in three distinct
business areas; precision engineering, modular assembly and converting
solutions.
The ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System is an integral part of the
whole business, encapsulating all aspects of the manufacturing process,
from the initial customer enquiry through to final inspection and
dispatch. Employing in excess of 100 employees, Rimor utilises both an
MRP and a scheduling system to manage and satisfy customer demand. The

engineering products and services are second to none.
Rimor Converting Solutions
is the largest producer of core and web handling equipment in the UK.
For over 30 years, our comprehensive range of products has served the
requirements of the paper and plastic manufacturing, converting,
printing, packaging, labeling and associated industries worldwide.
In addition to steel Air Shafts, Rimor can provide lightweight extruded
aluminum and carbon fibre shafts. To complement the Air Shafts we
provide a comprehensive range of air chucks, torque activated
mechanical chucks, air or mechanical chucks, knife holding shafts,
bowed spreader rolls, idler rollers and other bespoke items. We
regularly design and manufacture special products to suit the specific
needs of our customers. To complement our own manufactured items we
represent Boschert for safety chucks, brakes and clutches, which are
regarded by many as the industry standard.
