shaft end configurations with a range suitable for square shaft ends
from 14mm to 230mm, in either Pedestal or Flange mounting, to suit

Boschert C Chuck
Since the introduction in 1948 the Boschert C has become the industry
standard. This is a high quality product, competitively priced and
suitable for lower speed appications.

Boschert VT Chuck
With the VT type chuck, the replaceable inserts can be changed quickly
and easily on the machine with the downtime limited to a minimum. Any
shape and size of insert can be chosen, in many different degrees of
hardness in order to offer a perfect fit of the shaft and inserts.

Boschert Sidelay Sliding
Chucks
Boschert Sidelay Chucks are designed to be adjusted axially, allowing
the web to be aligned sideways during operation. The sidelay adjustment
is made by turning the handle at the rear of one chuck with the other
chuck able to adjust and having a back shaft to suit the drive or
braking requirements.
Sidelay Chucks can be supplied in C Type or VT type configuration with
all the same features as available in the standard Chucks, but with the
option of 50mm or 100mm of sideways movement.

production costs, Boschert has designed a solution for safe unwinding
which does not require any human involvement. Automatic Safety Chucks
are designed for all manufacturing processes that require little or no
operator presence, with maximum safety. Turn the switch and the shaft
is seated or released.
