Roll Tension Unit
The Easywind Roll Tension Control Unit is used to maintain a constant unwinding and rewinding tension on the web as the Roll diameter increases or decreases. It controls the air pressure to a pneumatic brake or clutch by the means of a non-contact ultra-sonic scanner which continuously monitors the diameter of the roll.
Tapered Core Cones
Tapered Serrated Cones are of a high quality construction and provide drive for a wide range of core sizes without the need for Air. The Tapered Cones are supplied in Cast Aluminium and can be bored to suit either square or round bar
